CycleCat > Exhausted grapes: after pressing every bit of wine possible from the grapes, all that is left is a tough cake of seeds and pulverized grape skins. Here the press has been opened and the finished grapes will be hauled out to the vineyard and used as compost. The chains wrapped up in the cake of pulverized grapes help pull it apart.
